Hey Everyone! Hope you are all have a good day! This morning was the farmers market which I also enjoy. Vicki and I ran afterwards and I was sucking today. We really had a hard run yesterday and my body was still severely tired from that. Today we also back two pumpkin pies. Vicki is trying to make me into a baker. I now know how to make pie crust from scratch which is not an easy task.

This evening David and I have a function for young diplomats this evening so I am getting ready to run out the door to meet him at the Embassy. I should say David has a function and I just like to go for the food and drink! :) Unfortunately today the "Hellenic-Cuban Association of Friendship" has scheduled a demonstration for this evening as well right in front of our Embassy. This is not out of the ordinary I would say we average at least 3-4 demonstrations a week in front of the Embassy. Often times it is very hard to understand why they are protesting in front of our Embassy and not there own government but we deal. Anyway I have to leave and get down to the Embassy before the protest or I may get stuck in the protest or not let into the Embassy both would not be too fun.

Well I hope you all have a great day! Love from Athens...
